A clown is like a cuddly toy—playful and carefree. This type of cat is indifferent to the antics of more rambunctious feline companions, preferring to amuse itself without a care. It enjoys knocking over objects, such as glasses or water, just to see what happens. Of course, it loves the extra attention that often follows its mischievous acts.

While a clown may occasionally rub against its favorite people or curl up with a close companion, it mostly enjoys your company above all. It will happily curl up on your lap, nestle by your side while you're working at the computer, or lounge on your stomach as you walk by. Wherever you are, the clown seems to be right there with you—at your feet, on the couch behind you, by your side at the table, or perhaps even your bathroom buddy.

The clown is a laid-back and content individual. If confronted by another cat looking for a fight, it simply ignores the challenge and walks away. Due to its relaxed nature, the clown tends to conserve energy, which can lead to weight gain. It’s good at digesting food easily but may need your help to maintain a balanced, lower-fat diet and get a little more exercise to stay healthy.
